5, 2, 1 Tips to restrict childhood obesity

Dr. Alan M. Lake, chair of a task force on childhood obesity for the Maryland Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics has presented tips to prevent childhood obesity. Dr. David Katz of Yale Medical School reveals that this is happening for the first time that children are having less life expectancy than their parents are. Dr. Lake’s latest research may be helpful to restrict the growing problems of childhood obesity. This is 5, 2, 1 tips to reduce obesity in children. This advises parents to apply the tips on their children. 5 – Do have five fruits and vegetables per day. 2 – Spend only two hours on computer and television, combined. 1 – Do Exercise one hour per day.
