vegetarain-1_64If you really want to get rid of the extra flab, then you must turn to veggies, a new study has come out with this idea after studying about 176 overweight men and women. In the course of study, it was found that people who ran on vegetarian diet for about one year they lost their body weight amazingly. At the same time just within six-month duration vegetarian people’s LDL ‘bad’ cholesterol level also drooped down.

However, after one year when these people followed turned back to their normal eating habit, they again started putting on extra flab, which clearly confirms the fact that vegetarian diet played an important role in shedding off their extra flab.
