Thus cholesterol starts building up if it remains in the same condition for a long time.



Arteries get harmed with the oxidation of high-fat meal causing stress markers leading to various diseases like heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer’s and cancer.



Healthy arteries can better cope with diseases to be caused by high-fat meal. Thus, impact of exercise can be very effective if done after high-fat meal.
