A new research has revealed that normal-weight people usually eat more fiber and fruit than overweight or obese people do. The Journal of the American Dietetic Association has published the report of the researchers of the University of Texas-Austin.
However, the researchers made a study on the groups of obese people and normal people. They found that persons of both groups were having same kinds of intakes of sugar, bread, dairy products and vegetables.
