150 scientists has gathered in the Alberta Obesity Summit. They will discuss about the brain function, parents lifestyle, mothers’ diet on obesity rate of kids among Alberta population. They will discuss about the causes of obesity and possible new treatments as well.
Dr. Arya Sharma, scientific director of the Canadian Obesity Network says that twenty percent adult Canadians is declared obese. The rate of obesity is more or less same in children too.
