Obesity, most of the times, is linked with fats, proteins, carbohydrates, sugar. However, the real culprit of the increasing problem of obesity is our brain. Foods do its own work in our body; we should do our own work to consume the calories.



But we do not. Too much energy comes in the body but not enough goes out. This makes the people overweight.



The President of a US food think tank Oldways, K. Dun Gifford says,

it is all about behavioral changes. There should be a personal responsibility senses in people. The modern society does not have the balance between calorie consumption and physical activity. There is a need to get a self-awareness to make ourselves stay away from the obesity. For that, we should change our eating and drinking behavior as well as should increase the level of physical activities to burn over-consumed calories in our body.
